About the Custom process:

At Five Elements Furniture we offer an extensive selection of customizable furniture. Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer, but all of our prices include delivery to our store here in Austin. To have a custom order delivered to your house Five Elements offers local delivery service for a reasonable price; we have our own delivery team and they are very, very careful. However, if you are not local to the central Texas area, we would hire a white glove delivery service for residential deliveries with an additional cost for that delivery service. A white glove delivery service is a full delivery service, which includes assembly, placement, and trash removal. If you have a commercial property, then your custom pieces could be dropped off directly from the manufacturer to your door at no additional cost (this does not include assembly, placement or trash removal.

Although we do take some orders online, we are not a typical online company. Products that aren't available for a direct sale online can be ordered by phone. The majority of our products are customizable so we encourage our customers to take their time during the ordering process and request fabric samples before committing.
