Covid-19 Procedures

As many of you may know, there are interruptions and obstacles to overcome across many industries due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, furniture is one of those industries. Across the board furniture businesses have had to deal with stock shortages, price increases and shipping delays. Five Elements and Solid Austin are also dealing with these same issues. Many of our ETAs have been extended by at least 2 weeks, many of our manufacturers have increased pricing and we are experiencing some supply issues.
We thank you for your understanding as we do our best to update our website with new ETAs and price adjustments. As we receive updates on ETAs for current orders, we will continue to update our current clients with that information. Thank you for your patience as we deal with these issues. New COVID-19 Procedures and Policies

The health and safety of our clients and associates is a priority here at Five Elements Furniture and we will continue to follow the CDC guidelines. We have updated our policies and procedures in accordance with the new CDC guidelines: 

– If you have been vaccinated, you are not required to wear face protection while shopping. 
– If you have not been vaccinated, we ask that you continue to wear a mask when inside our locations. 
– Please use available hand sanitizer as you enter the showroom.
– Please follow the suggested 6 feet social distancing inside our locations.
