Delivery Procedures

Five Elements Furniture offers local White Glove delivery service at a very competitive rate. Our in-house delivery team is highly trained and takes exceptional care with every order. White Glove delivery includes inspection, assembly, placement, installation, and removal of all packaging materials, which are responsibly recycled.

On the day of delivery, our team will text you when they are en route and again upon arrival. Once on site, they will complete the delivery efficiently and leave your space clean and ready to enjoy.

For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that rooms be clear of people and pets, including children, during the delivery process whenever possible.

We currently provide White Glove delivery throughout Austin and surrounding areas. For locations outside Central Texas, we partner with a trusted third-party White Glove delivery service.
