Shipping policy

Items ordered online that cannot be drop-shipped are delivered via our White Glove delivery team that only services the Austin and surrounding areas online. The price is a flat rate and our experienced White Glove delivery team will inspect, assemble, install, remove and recycle all packaging materials. If you live outside the Austin, TX area, please feel free to contact us for more options.

For items that can be drop-shipped, they are delivered directly from the manufacturer's warehouse located in the United States. Orders will arrive in about two - three weeks.
